Build on your successes, overcome challenges, and practice new behaviors for weight loss and maintenance during this 9-session, in-person program. For participants who have completed the Healthy Weight 1 class.

Weight Management Support Group
Social support is an important component of successful weight loss and long-term maintenance. Facilitated by a Registered Dietitian. For those whom are just starting out or are maintaining weight loss. Not designed for those who have had weight loss surgery.
