Wheelchairs Ready and Waiting

Request wheelchairs in advance:

Call the Outpatient Transportation department at 510-752-5205, Monday through Friday, between 8 a.m. to 5:45 p.m. Call at least two hours before arrival, and note time of pickup and medical center destination.

After your appointment, ask staff members to call transportation (ext. 2-5205) for return to drop-off area.
