As part of our commitment to patient-centered care, we encourage the feedback of our members and patients to help us improve the care experience for all Kaiser Permanente members.
If you’re interested in providing feedback on a regular basis, consider joining our Fresno or Central Valley member/patient advisory councils. The councils meet monthly with local Kaiser Permanente leaders to discuss topics ranging from enhancing hospital stays to increasing access to our physicians – and much more.
“We know that customer satisfaction increases substantially when patients are more directly involved in the decisions that affect their overall care,” said Sofia Juarez, one of the coordinators of Fresno’s Patient and Family Advisory Council (PFAC). “The feedback we receive from our members is so valuable because they are on the receiving end of the care we provide, and can speak from their own personal experiences.”
New and long-time Kaiser Permanente members are encouraged to apply. Applicants will undergo a screening and interview process.
