Community Health Needs Assessments

The Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act requires nonprofit hospitals to conduct Community Health Needs Assessments (CHNAs), and to make these reports accessible to the public. Kaiser Permanente is pleased to make available its most recent CHNAs.

KP Fresno Awards

Kaiser Permanente Fresno has received a variety of accolades. Kaiser Permanente Fresno Medical Center earned the top “A” ratings from The Leapfrog Group in its biannual Hospital Safety Score report. The report examined and graded more than 2,500 hospitals throughout the United States on 28 measures of publicly available hospital safety data. The grades represent a hospital’s overall performance in keeping patients safe from preventable harm and medical errors. This is the fourth year Kaiser Permanente Fresno received the “A” grade http://www.hospitalsafetyscore.org/.
