Kaiser Permanente has partnered with Morrison Healthcare Services to manage the Gift Shops – “Branches – Gifts In Bloom” – turning it from a traditional hospital gift shop into an upscale gift shop with a unique and distinctive presence that is a warm and inviting destination. Branches Gift Shop puts customers at ease and features best-selling merchandise and great personal service.
The gift shop features a variety of branded gift and accessory items for men, women, and children. A selection of snacks and drinks, and services such as fresh floral delivery and discounted movie tickets. The focus is to offer items and services that are important to patients, families and associates, and to be a convenient place for them to get whatever they need – from a forgotten toothbrush to a soft plush toy to a tube of mascara or comfortable slippers.”
