Traveling outside the country?

Please call the call center and make an appointment for travel consult. These consults will be individual appointments over the phone. If you are traveling with a spouse or significant other, they will also need an appointment. Travel appointments should be made 4-6 weeks prior to departure. This will give you time for any blood tests or vaccines to be completed if needed.
