The Health Education Department has three health education centers to serve you in Fremont, San Leandro and Union City.  Our centers offer wellness resources, information, and a variety of health education programs. While you are here, let us show you how to use technology to take care of many of your health care needs, such as checking lab results, scheduling appointments, getting appointment reminders , and doing video visits with your doctor.  We are here to promote, support, and inspire healthy living.
