You’ll explore issues relevant to cancer management, including treatments and their side effects, community resources, nutrition, talking with your health care practitioner, and emotional and spiritual concerns.

Understanding Your Breast Cancer Risk
This Class provides information about what can affect your risk for breast cancer and how you can decrease your risk through healthy lifestyle changes. We’ll also discuss screening options available through Kaiser Permanente.
