Female Urinary Incontinence

If you have trouble controlling your bladder (urinary incontinence or overactive bladder), you are not alone.  Many women are coping with this problem.  In this class we’ll discuss various types of bladder problems, self-care tools to improve bladder control, and techniques to improve bladder health.  You will also learn what treatment options are available when self-management doesn’t work.
