Norair Jemjemian Named Senior Vice President and Area Manager for Napa Solano Service Area
Norair Jemjemian, also known as Nor, has been named Senior Vice President and Area Manager for Kaiser Permanente’s Napa Solano Service Area. The Napa Solano Area includes medical centers in Vacaville and Vallejo as well as medical offices in Fairfield and Napa.
Jemjemian brings with him more than 23 years of hospital, health plan, and medical group management experience, including 21 years with Kaiser Permanente in Southern California. In Napa Solano, Jemjemian will be responsible for health plan services and hospital operations and for services provided to members outside of the hospital setting, including continuing care, pharmacy, and health plan regulatory services.

Jemjemian was Chief Operating Officer for the Hospital Corporation of America (HCA) – Los Robles Hospital and Medical Center, a 404-bed Level II trauma center in Thousand Oaks, CA.
Prior to his time at Los Robles Hospital and Medical Center, Jemjemian held positions of increasing responsibility in Southern California working for Kaiser Foundation Hospitals, Health Plan, and the Southern California Permanente Medical Group. Most recently, he held the position of Chief Operating Officer for the West Los Angeles Medical Center. Prior to that role, Jemjemian held the position of Area Chief Financial Officer for the West Los Angeles Medical Center.
Jemjemian holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration from the University of LaVerne and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from California State University, Northridge.
Jemjemian succeeds Corwin Harper who was appointed to a new role within Kaiser Permanente, working on strategic projects and as the Chief Diversity and Inclusion Officer for Northern California.
Jemjemian’s first day was November 21, 2016.
