About Kaiser Permanente San Rafael

Established in 1976 in Terra Linda, San Rafael, our medical center has steadily grown to serve over 100,000 members, spanning an area stretching from the Golden Gate Bridge to Petaluma. Over 200 physicians and nurse practitioners representing every primary care area and every major subspecialty provide a full range of services to members. Working in close cooperation with our many outstanding nurses, medical assistants and other qualified staff, we endeavor to continually provide the quality and service that have made us proud to work for Kaiser Permanente. Partnering with our patients and local communities, we hope to promote good health and wellness throughout the region.
