The flu is serious. Don’t pass it on!

The flu is much worse than a cold. Getting vaccinated is the best way to protect you and your family from getting sick. Kaiser Permanente and the Centers for Disease Control recommend a yearly flu vaccine for children 6 months to 18 years old and every adult.

Flu shots are available at all northern California medical facilities. There is no charge to Kaiser Permanente members for flu vaccines. Please remember to bring your member ID card, photo ID and wear a short-sleeved shirt for faster service.
