Media Relations
The Media Relations staff at Kaiser Permanente is happy to help local news media with their inquiries.
We will make every effort to accommodate interview requests. We ask that media representatives arrange visits to our local facilities in advance by contacting Media Relations at the numbers listed below.
Because of HIPAA regulations that outline a patient’s right to privacy, members of the media are asked to refrain from taking video, photographs or conducting interviews at Kaiser Permanente facilities without permission from the Public Relations department.
Media inquiries about specific patients must include the full name of the patient. In some cases, our response may be limited to a condition report based on HIPAA guidelines.
If you do not receive a response, call the facility directly.
