Emotional Well-being During and After Pregnancy

woman looking at plant

In this ongoing weekly group, you’ll learn how to manage the challenging moods and difficult emotions that some women experience during and after pregnancy. Topics include depression, anxiety/panic, use of prescribed medications and other treatments, changes in relationships and self-image, coping and relaxation skills, self-care, and how life expectations have changed with motherhood. You will also be able to share with others and realize they are experiencing many of the same feelings. Facilitated by a Kaiser Permanente Santa Rosa Medical Center therapist. You may bring your infant (up to age 1), but child care is not available for any additional children.
