Kaiser Permanente Santa Rosa receives Leapfrog Hospital Safety Grade “A”
The Kaiser Permanente Santa Rosa Medical Center has consistently—since Spring 2012, the very first time the Hospital Safety Grades were released—received “A” grades by the Leapfrog Group for being one of the safest hospitals in the U.S. The Leapfrog Safety Grade is recognized as the gold standard measure of patient safety as cited by John Hopkins Armstrong Institute for Patient Safety and Quality, MSNBC, The New York Times and AARP The Magazine. The Leapfrog Group is an independent national nonprofit run by employers and other large purchasers of health benefits.
