Attend one-on-one sessions with a Clinical Health Educator who will assist you in developing a quit plan, learning about medications, the quit process and staying quit.  This service is available to members only.

Telephone Wellness Coach (4+ sessions)

Reach your health goals with wellness coaching.  Increase your motivation, identify effective strategies, medications, and get support to make an effective quit plan.  Talk to your coach one-on-one by phone, when at your convenience.  Members only.  English and Spanish available.
