Kaiser Permanente Diablo Service Area

Kaiser Permanente supports a range of activities to enrich the health of our communities. Through our local sponsorship and grants program, we support, strengthen and enhance programs and organizations that address the health needs of our communities and form various marketing partnerships.

Our Diablo Service Area encompasses Central and East Contra Costa County and the Tri-Valley Area of Alameda County.

Community Relations develops and maintains partnerships that support Kaiser Permanente’s community involvement and our efforts to be a good corporate citizen.

Community Relations Sponsorships

The 2020 Community Relations priorities include:

APPLICATION PERIOD: Community Relations will have two application cycles in 2020, and will accept applications during the following cycles: January 1 – January 31 and July 1 – July 31.

First Sponsorship Cycle Timeline

Program Announcement: January 2, 2020
Applications Due: January 31, 2020
Awards Announced: February 28, 2020

 

Second Sponsorship Cycle Timeline

Program Announcement: July 1, 2020
Applications Due: July 31, 2020
Awards Announced: August 31, 2020

 

If your program will take place before June, then apply in the first funding cycle. If your program takes place after July, you can complete and submit your application during the first or second funding cycle.

Please review our 2020 Sponsorship Guidelines for types of requests that will be accepted for considerations, eligibility criteria, application requirements, etc.

Please note: If your request is more than $5,000, do not fill out the application and contact us directly. This request will have to go through special consideration.
