If you do not need your prescription for 7 to 10 days, the KP Mail Order Service is easy and convenient. We will mail your medication directly to your home with no postage charges.
To request your prescription by mail, you may either call 1-888-218-6245 or order online through kp.org/myhealthmanager, using the online ordering steps outlined below.
Online
To submit an online request, go to kp.org/myhealthmanager and sign on with your user ID and password. Click on “Pharmacy Center” and then choose “My Prescriptions”.
You will see your prescription name and number in your medication list. Copy or make note of the prescription number. Next, click on “Refill Prescriptions” and follow the prompts from there.
Your prescription can be mailed directly to your home within 7 to 10 days or be ready for pick-up at the KP pharmacy of your choice within 48 hours.
By Telephone
You may call your prescription request to your local Kaiser Permanente pharmacies. See your location information for the telephone number.

Walk-In
On a day that is convenient for you, walk-in to any open Kaiser Permanente Pharmacy and “Check In” with one of our pharmacy staff to have your prescription filled.
Your prescription request will be filled while you wait.
