Overview of Teen Health Services

The teen clinic is designed for you and medical concerns unique to teens. We provide comprehensive primary and specialty care to adolescents from ages 12-18. We’re here to partner with you and help improve the health and well-being of our teen members.

We educate and empower you, helping you navigate the unique medical challenges of puberty and adolescence.  Arming you with knowledge of your health will help improve the transition to Young Adult Care.  Confidentiality is critical to providing a safe environment, effective partnership, and comprehensive care.
