Kaiser Permanente has expanded its mental health services with an additional location in San Leandro. The new San Leandro Mental Health and Wellness offices (adult and child/adolescent services) are conveniently located at 777 Davis Street (at Alvarado Ave.), right behind the San Leandro BART Station.

Mental Health and Wellness services will still be available at the Union City Medical Offices.  More information.

The Fremont and San Leandro Medical Centers have each received the Get With The Guidelines – Stroke Gold Plus Quality Achievement Award with Target Stroke Elite Plus Honor Roll for 2019 from the American Heart Association/American Stroke Association.

These awards recognize the commitment and success of our medical centers in implementing a high standard of stroke care by ensuring that stroke patients receive treatment that meets nationally accepted, evidence-based standards and recommendations.

The Fremont Mental Health and Wellness/Psychiatry department (adult and child/adolescent services) has moved to a new location near the Fremont Medical Center.

The new location is across the street from the Fremont Medical Center campus at 39350 Civic Center Drive (at Walnut Ave.). Please check in at the reception desk on the second floor. More information.

The Fremont Medical Center offers a free parking space assistance program to help our members and visitors find available parking spaces on the campus.

Simply drive up to the parking attendant stand in front of the Niles East Building (south side/ Stevenson Blvd. side) for assistance to find an available parking space.  This free program is available weekdays from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. Learn more.

Kaiser Permanente and the HERS Breast Cancer Foundation have partnered to open a HERS Program Store to serve cancer patients. HERS strives to bring Hope, Empowerment, Renewal and Support to breast cancer patients by offering post-surgical products and services in a setting that is welcoming and compassionate.

The HERS San Leandro Program Store is located across the street from the San Leandro Medical Center. This new service is by appointment-only.

The HERS Breast Cancer Foundation is a nonprofit organization that serves breast cancer survivors from many Bay Area communities. Learn more about the HERS Program Store.
