Wellness After Stroke Class

  • Learn more about stroke signs and symptoms
  • Learn how to make lifestyle changes to prevent future strokes
  • Learn about the importance of medication adherence and physician follow-up
  • Monthly educational topics with guest speakers

This series of classes is geared toward the stroke survivor, family members, caregivers, and the community. In collaboration with other classes offered by Kaiser Permanente, our focus is to assist in the transition from acute hospital care by reinforcing stroke symptom awareness and providing a more in-depth education on a variety of stroke-related topics.

Classes will be offered the 3rd Tuesday of each month from 2:30 pm to 4:00 pm
