- This weekly psychoeducation class discusses ADHD symptoms and healthy management for adults
- Primary focus is diagnosis and treatment options
- Additional topics include relationships, adaptive thinking, planning, organization, time management, impulsivity, distractibility, and issues regarding work and school

Sessions: Seven rotating topics, rolling-admission. Class may be started with any session and members may come to one, some, or all sessions.
