Advance Health Care Directives

An advance health care directive allows you to share your values, your choices, and your instructions about your future health care. We encourage all members ages 18 and over to complete an advance health care directive.

Life Care Planning

Learn the role of  a health care decision maker and how to complete an advance directive and make it legally valid. Guests or chosen health care decision makers may attend.

Senior Health and Memory Clinic

This group is for those caring for loved ones in all stages of Alzheimer’s disease and other dementias. Learn how to cope with stress and get support from others in the same situation. Open to the community.

Sessions: Drop-in; second Monday of each month, 5:30–7 p.m.

Brain Health

In this class, learn about how the brain functions, what can impact cognition and brain health, ways to nurture brain health, and available resources. Open to members and their families.

Sessions: First Monday of each month; 10:30 a.m.–noon
