It includes short videos that demonstrate posture tips and strengthening exercises to help you manage your pain now, get better faster, and reduce the risk of pain returning in the future. Caregiver Group
This is a group for those caring for family members with medical conditions. Learn coping skills and discuss experiences surrounding long-term care. This group is not intended for caregivers of patients with Alzheimer’s disease cognitive issues.

Understanding Chronic Pain
Chronic pain is a medical condition that can affect all aspects of your life. In this class, we discuss medical options, as well as a variety of self-care life-management strategies that can help you manage your pain and improve your quality of life.

The goal of this program is to help you increase physical functioning through strategies for long-term chronic pain management. Our team of physicians, nurses, psychologists, pharmacists, and physical therapists can help optimize your health and quality of life.
