Quitting Tobacco
We know quitting tobacco can be difficult to do. That’s why we offer a range of proven approaches to help you. Participation in a quit tobacco program, use of medications (such as the nicotine patch and bupropion), or a combination of the two have been proven to improve your chances of quitting. Completion of an approved quit tobacco program qualifies Kaiser Permanente members with supplemental drug coverage to receive tobacco cessation medications at their usual cost share.
