At the Kaiser Permanente South Sacramento Medical Center, you and your health are at the heart of everything we do. When you visit, you’ll find a wide variety of inpatient, outpatient, and emergency services, along with over 4,300 employees and 559 physicians ready to serve you.
We also offer a variety of convenient outpatient services at our Elk Grove Medical Offices off Big Horn Boulevard, and our Elk Grove Promenade Medical Offices, located just off Highway 99, one mile south of the Elk Grove Auto Mall.

When advanced medical attention is required, our health care teams use innovative technology to provide specialized treatment. Our Level II Trauma Center—the first in the South Sacramento area—provides advanced life-saving care for victims of traumatic injuries.
