Breast Cancer Care Coordinator

Our Breast Care coordinator serves as a patient advocate and educator for members diagnosed with breast cancer. She will help you navigate your care, and provide you with an overview of treatment options as well as referrals to support services, including prosthesis providers, support groups, and more. Individual appointments are encouraged.  Members only.

Breast Cancer Support Group

Explore issues around the diagnosis and treatment of breast cancer in a comfortable setting. This group is for women who are undergoing, or who have completed, breast cancer treatment. Facilitated by the Breast Care.  Open to the community.  
Location: Union City
Dates/Time: Drop in; second and forth Wednesday of the month, 3-5 p.m.

Cancer Support Group

Coping with cancer can be difficult.  This group provides a caring and confidential environment to share personal experiences, gain new understanding, and provide emotional support. Open to the community.
Location: Fremont
