The Revenue Cycle Operations Department (RCO) [formerly known as Business Office] provides great customer service to our members whenever they have questions about their payments, medical bills, refunds, and any insurance related issue.
We bill all non Kaiser plans for our patients including, but not limited to: Medicare, Medi-Cal, Third Party Liability (TPL), HMO’s Commercial Insurance, Workers Compensation, Secondary Insurance companies. We coordinate benefits whenever patients have additional insurance coverage.
