The Benefit Coordinators specifically work with HIV/AIDS positive members with understanding their health benefits and options at Kaiser Permanente and help HIV/AIDS positive members request letters, forms, and documents requiring signatures from Kaiser San Francisco’s HIV Module (APC-1) providers.
Benefit Coordinators educate HIV/AIDS positive members on the eligibility and qualification process for various public aid programs and medical financial assistance programs. Below are some examples of programs Benefit Coordinators consult on:
