You will receive your Kaiser Permanente identification card and informational materials in the mail after your coverage becomes effective. Since you may need health services as soon as your coverage is effective, however, follow the links below to help you get started.
Getting Your Medical Record Number
Your Kaiser Permanente Medical Record Number is printed on your Kaiser Permanente ID card. The card will be mailed to you.
If your health coverage is effective and you need care before your card arrives by mail, however, you may request your Medical Record Number by calling Member Services
