- Bike stands located at the North and South entrance of 3600 Broadway and inside the 3510 Broadway garage (across the driveway from the hospital and 3600 Broadway Specialty Medical Office Building) – parking officials can point you to the location
- Bike stands are located in front of the Fabiola building
- Bike stands are located inside the 3751 Broadway garage (adjacent to the 3701 Broadway Medical Office Building) at street level near the Broadway entrance
AUTO PARKING

- 2-hour metered street parking on Broadway
*There is free van shuttle service available for members who need transportation from the 3510 Broadway garage to the Mosswood building and return. Shuttle pick up locations are in front of the Mosswood garage and inside the 3510 Broadway garage (at the cashier’s office). Hours of operation are 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
Valet parking service is available in all garages for ADA placard holders.

Monday through Friday, 7 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. - 3800 Howe Street
Monday through Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. - 3751 Broadway garage
Monday through Friday, 7 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
After 1:00 a.m., contact Security Dispatch (510-752-7777) to retrieve keys left with valet.
Rates for all Oakland Medical Center garages:
- The first 30 minutes are FREE
- Each 30 minutes thereafter is $1
- After four hours the maximum total is $18
- Disabled parking, including at the valet drop-off area, is available for a maximum daily total of $3.
City regulations require that Kaiser Permanente charge a fee for parking at its Oakland facilities.
How to use the 3510 Broadway parking garage
(next to 3600 Broadway):
- Take the ticket from the dispenser as you drive through the entrance of the garage. Watch for pedestrians and bicyclists. Keep the ticket with you at all times.
- When you return to the garage after your appointment, go to the cashier’s window before returning to your vehicle, and pay your parking fee. The cashier will process your ticket and return it to you.
- As you drive out of the garage, insert the paid ticket into the dispenser at the exit and the gate will open. Please watch for pedestrians and bicyclists!
- Patients can be dropped off and picked up at the South entrance of 3600 Broadway.
- Payment machines are located near the elevators on the ground floor. Or you can go to the cashier’s office on the ground floor of the garage. NOTE: You must pay before getting into your car and leaving.
How to use the 3800 Howe St. parking garage
(across from the Fabiola building):
- Take the ticket from the dispenser as you drive through the entrance of the garage. Watch for pedestrians and bicyclists. Keep the ticket with you at all times.
- When you return to the garage after your appointment, go to the cashier’s window before returning to your vehicle, and pay your parking fee. The cashier will process your ticket and return it to you.
- Payment machines are located near the elevators on the 1st floor. Or you can go to the cashier’s office on the 1st floor of the garage. NOTE: You must pay before getting into your car and leaving.
- As you drive out of the garage, insert the paid ticket into the dispenser at the exit and the gate will open. Please watch for pedestrians!
How to use the 3751 Broadway parking garage
(next to 3701 Broadway):
- The patient drop-off area is located inside the Broadway entrance of the garage.
- Continue to the 2nd floor for the ticket dispenser and to park.
- There are two sets of elevators: one for the garage and one for the medical offices. Take the garage elevators to the Ground floor, 1st floor, or 2nd floor to enter the Medical Office Building, and use the Medical Office Building’s elevators to get to your appointment.
- Payment machines are near the elevators of floors G1, 1, and 2. Or you can go to the cashier’s office on the first floor of the garage. NOTE: You must pay before getting into your car and leaving.
- As you drive out of the garage, insert the paid ticket into the dispenser at the exit and the gate will open. Please watch for pedestrians as you exit!
