Come into any of our Health Education Centers to take advantage the following services:

- Individual nutrition appointments and classes provided by our Registered Dieticians
- Free pamphlets and tip sheets
- Body Fat Testing (Vallejo & Vacaville only)
- Resting Metabolic Rate Testing (Vacaville only)
