Our mission is to provide primary and secondary stroke prevention for our patients and improve the treatment of stroke patients based on American Heart Association (AHA) stroke guidelines. We commit to provide the latest acute stroke therapies with a multidisciplinary approach. We provide our community with stroke prevention resources and stroke survivor/caregiver support.
Our medical center has achieved Advanced Certification as a Comprehensive Stroke Center from The Joint Commission which authorizes our hospital to perform additional neuro-invasive procedures, and, for nine years in a row, a “Get With The Guidelines—Stroke Gold Plus Performance Achievement Award” from the American Heart Association for consistently treating heart and stroke patients according to evidence-based treatment standards.
