We are located on the second floor of the Cypress Building in Medical Station E. This is at the corner of Veterans and Maple Streets. It is best to park at the nearby parking structure.

How To Contact Us

If you need to call the Chemotherapy/Infusion Clinic for problems related to your chemotherapy, you may call 650-299-4840 (#6). If you leave a message, to save time please have this information ready before you call:

  • Your Name
  • Your Kaiser Medical Record Number
  • The number where you may be reached
  • The name of your oncologist
  • Your reason for calling

 

The phone is answered from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. We are closed on weekends or holidays. After hours you may call the Call Center at 650-299-2015.

If you need to call to change your appointment, leave a routine message, or a problem not related to your chemotherapy, then call the Specialty Call Center at 650-299-2111.
