Contacting a Patient

At Kaiser Permanente San Jose Medical Center, we believe visitors are important to a patient’s recovery.  This section will answer any questions you may have when visiting a patient.

To Call a Patient:

Please contact the hospital operator at 408-972-3000 to reach a patient by telephone.  When entering the facility, please be aware of the posted Quiet Times and avoid using your cell phones as they may disturb other patients or visitors.

To Write or Send a Package:

Please forward mail/package to Kaiser Permanente San Jose Medical Center and include:

Patient’s Name
Room Number
Kaiser Permanente San Jose Medical Center
250 Hospital Parkway
San Jose, CA 95119

If your mail arrives after the patient goes home, we will forward it to the address listed on the patient’s records.
