Activate your kp.org account

Visit the Kaiser Permanente national web site for regional maps, phone numbers and other helpful information.

  • make routine/non-urgent appointments in real time
  • refill Kaiser Permanente prescriptions
  • request non-urgent advice

To activate your account:

  • register at the “Members Sign On” section of our web site.
  • you’ll receive your one-time activation code by mail within 10 days

At the “My Health Manager” section, choose “Pharmacy Center”.

The pharmacy line that is… Avoid the crowded waiting room during the flu season.  Refill Your Prescriptions by phone or online and have your prescription refills mailed directly to your home.

Your medications will arrive in about 10 days and the service is free.
