Health Educator Consultation

Our Health Educators are available to provide individual education and counseling for a range of health concerns for adults and children. Education topics include weight management, general nutrition, exercise, smoking cessation, insomnia, parenting, cholesterol, hypertension, and diabetes care. Make an in-person, video, or phone appointment. Available in English and Spanish.

Do you need nutritional advice for managing a specific medical condition?  A registered dietitian is available to help you learn about healthy food choices and meal planning.  Consultations are available for adults and children– in-person, video, or phone.
