Services
We offer a variety of services depending on what you and your family need most. There are 3 choices and you are welcome to enroll for one, two, or all three types of visits.
- An individualized visit with each of our multi-disciplinary team members who will help build, guide and support a healthy lifestyle through discussing specific changes you and your family can make in different aspects of your health.
- Group monthly activity class: every 4th Tuesday we offer a class with 20-25 min of physical activity, parent support group (during activity time), then a 30 min class on topic noted on calendar. These are fun, interactive, and help your child or teen learn in a group setting.
- Healthy Cooking class: every 2nd Tuesday we offer a fun, hands on cooking class for kids and teens (parents need to attend), located at the San Jose Children’s Discovery Museum. Advance registration required.
