Partnership with the Santa Cruz Warriors

Kaiser Permanente is proud to be the team physicians of the Santa Cruz Warriors.

In addition, the Santa Cruz Warriors actively engages local youth throughout the county in programs designed to increase literacy and math skills. Kaiser Permanente has also partnered with the Santa Cruz Warriors to launch “Get Fit” – a year-round community program that focuses on fitness, wellness, and nutrition education to build a healthier Santa Cruz County.
