How to Get Care

If you are experiencing ear, nose, or throat symptoms, please call an advice nurse or contact your personal physician or nurse practitioner through the Primary Care Call Center at 650-742-2100. If you do not have a personal care provider, contact Member Services at 650-301-4727. For recurrent or ongoing problems already under treatment in our department, call us directly to schedule an appointment.
