Health Education Classes

The Health Education Department offers a wide variety of classes and support groups for members and nonmembers on a wide range of topics. Some classes are to assist people to live to the fullest with an existing health condition; others teach people how to prevent illness.

All classes are held at Kaiser Permanente facility locations and require pre-registration. Some classes are supported by your health plan dues and some are not, so fees vary from class to class. You can also pick up a copy of our Healthy Living Classes and Resources Catalog at our Health Education Centers or learn more about our health educators and class instructors online.
