Kaiser Permanente Tri-Central Continuing Care Hospice Department Salutes the US  Armed Forces: the active, the retired, and the fallen.

We welcome patients’ families, KP employees and community groups.

Tri-Central Hospice is collecting men’s and women’s white cotton socks to donate to homeless Veterans.
