Kaiser Permanente Los Angeles is a proud supporter of community organizations throughout the County. One of the ways we support organizations and build healthier communities is through event sponsorships.

Please Note: You must include all supporting documents with application to be considered for funding. Submitting an application does not imply that funding will be awarded. Late applications will be automatically declined. Incomplete applications will not be processed. All applications are reviewed by a committee and final announcements will come from staff.
