Join us for a two-session program that offers parents of children 12 and younger a guide to create a home environment that encourages healthy eating and physical activity. The first session is for parents only; the second session is for parents and children 5 and older to learn about making healthier food choices and the importance of physical activity for the whole family.
Nonsurgical Weight Management Program
Designed for members seeking nonsurgical weight loss, weight management, and therapeutic support, this program takes a therapy and nutrition-based approach to help you learn and maintain healthy eating behaviors.
Flexible Menu Meal Replacement
If you are overweight (body mass index of 25 or higher) with 10 pounds or more to lose and want to make positive changes that can improve your health, increase your energy, and help you live life to its fullest, this weight management program might be the answer for you. Using store-bought food, liquid meals, and weekly sessions in a supportive environment, our weight loss professionals help you develop new skills to keep you on track and motivated. Fee required.
Twelve Week Slim Down
A healthy weight can improve your health and keep you feeling good. This 12-week program will help you learn new skills to make lifestyle changes. Practice healthy eating, reading food labels, physical activity, and managing stress with new self-confidence. Fee required.
