Walk. Talk. Thrive is a walking program for anyone who is interested in taking steps to improve their wellness.

We will be walking a 1-mile loop through Ken Malloy Harbor Regional Park.

WHO:  Open to staff, physicians, patients, and members of the community

WHEN:  4th Thursdays of the month

WHERE:  Meet at the corner of Thrive Way and Vermont Avenue (in front of South Hospital)
