Managing your health care is more convenient than ever with the latest version of the Kaiser Permanente app. Along with many improved features, you can now include your photo as part of your digital membership card.1

There’s no need to dig around for a photo ID anymore — having your photo on your digital card makes appointment check-ins and prescription pickups faster and easier. 2 Simply open the KP Mobile App, pull up your digital card with your integrated photo, and show it at the reception or pharmacy counter when you arrive.

If you haven’t had your photo taken for your digital membership card yet, ask the receptionist to take one during your next primary care physician visit.3 It only takes a moment!

Need help finding your digital membership card?

  • Make sure you have the latest version of the KP Mobile App.
  • Sign on to the app using your kp.org registration information.
  • Locate the “Member ID Card” icon in the lower-right corner of the screen.
  • Tap the icon to pull up your card.

You’ll find your name, medical record number, date of birth, and a photo if you’ve had one taken. By touching the information icon in the upper-right corner, you can “flip” the card over to reveal helpful phone numbers (such as after-hours advice and the Away from Home Travel Line).

Note: Your digital card doesn’t replace your physical card, so make sure to hold onto it for your records.

Don’t have the KP Mobile App?

Download it today from the App Store or Google Play.4 In addition to the digital membership card, the app offers tools to let you:

  • Schedule appointments
  • Email your doctor
  • Manage your prescriptions
  • View most lab results
  • Locate Kaiser Permanente facilities

The KP Mobile App gives you personalized, convenient service that makes staying on top of your health easier. Have your photo taken on your next primary care visit to make it work even better for you.
