In Hawaii, managing your health is even easier with the latest version of the Kaiser Permanente app, which now features a digital membership card.

The digital card lets you check in for appointments, pick up prescriptions, and provide membership information — right from your smartphone. You can also access the digital cards of your dependents and anyone for whom you hold health care proxy.

Try the new card

To use your digital membership card, make sure you have the latest version of the Kaiser Permanente app. Then, sign in using your kp.org registration information and tap the green icon on the app dashboard. If you have an iPhone 5 or newer model, you can sign in using Touch ID — your fingerprint serves as your password.

The digital card doesn’t replace your physical card, but it does provide peace of mind that you can access your membership information anytime, anywhere.

With the Kaiser Permanente app and the digital membership card, we’re providing personalized, convenient service that fits into your busy life.

Note: Kaiser Permanente Senior Advantage (Medicare) and QUEST Integration (Medicaid) members do not yet have the digital membership card.

Don’t have the Kaiser Permanente app?

Download it for Apple at itunes.apple.com or Android at play.google.com/store/apps.* The app lets you schedule appointments, email your doctors, manage prescriptions, view most lab results, and locate our facilities.
