If you live in or near Fort Collins, you’ll soon have another location for convenient, high-quality health care. Scheduled to open January 9, 2017, the Spring Creek Medical Offices will give you a second facility close to home.
What you’ll find at Spring Creek
This new facility will provide the following services under one roof:
- Primary care
- Pharmacy
- Laboratory
Easier, more convenient care
Spring Creek Medical Offices will offer same-day appointments, making it easier to get timely care when you’re sick or injured. And if you’re not able to make it out, you’ll have telehealth options such as:
- Video visits
- Phone appointments
- E-visits with a registered nurse
- Online chats with a care provider (coming soon)
