If you are a member and unsure of what kind of care you need, or if you feel you have an urgent care need, our advice nurses and doctors can help. They can assess your situation and direct you to the appropriate facility, if necessary. Or, they can help you handle the problem at home until your next appointment. Call 303-338-4545 (TTY for the deaf, hard of hearing, or speech impaired, call 303-338-4428), anytime, day or night. You can ask for a physician phone appointment or just get medical advice. If you have an emergency medical condition, call 911 or go to the nearest hospital.
