Information on labor, support during delivery, pain control, and cesarean birth are presented in this series for the expectant mother and her coach. Participants also practice breathing, relaxation exercises, and comfort techniques.
We encourage participants to enroll in a class during their 7th month of pregnancy. This class is available at various locations.
